On 29.12.18 you treated and flew my critically injured sister to the Royal London hospital. Her injuries were life changing but she continues to work hard and amazes us with her strength every day.
I don’t think I could begin to put into words what you did for us that day.
You were so kind and I will never forget it.
Thank you to all the crews who deal with the most difficult situations. ❤️
